Great company if you don't need your appliance right now! Ordered parts that took 3 days, which I found on amazon could be here next day, then apparently only one guy can fix it, and he went on vacation! So 7 days later hopefully I have a refrigerator, I wouldn't hire these clowns to replace the batteries in my remote, because it would probably take 3 days! By the way my landlord contacted these idiots, I would have called someone else as soon as I heard waiting for parts! Cmon in this day and age you can have your groceries delivered next day, but these people must order by pony express from Tibet!

My landlord contacted them 9-25-15 to fix my dryer.( it needed a new bearing on the drum) It is now 12-15-15 and my dryer still isn't repaired even after numerous phone calls from myself and my landlord. After waiting for parts (although I found them online in 10 mins and was told by Grus they only bought parts from one place and if we had to wait we had to wait) I wouldn't call these people to replace a light bulb even if I already had the light bulb.

I received impeccable service with Grus Appliance. My refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday and I called and left a message at Grus Appliance that evening. My called was returned at 8am on Monday morning and they squeezed me in that very day. I never expected a company to care that it is a hassle to live without a fridge...but they did and went out of their way to help me out! WOW!

I wouldn't call any other appliance repair service in Washington! Grus Appliance has always provided me prompt, courteous, and high quality service. The prices can't be beat and, best of all, you will get an exact time that the repair man will arrive and, here's the shocker, he is on time!!!
