DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a Groupon and left messages for more than two weeks without a return call. Finally got through to the company and was told that he didn't have the schedule in front of him but that I would receive a return call later that night. No return call. Called for a 5th time and was told that my date was booked. Had he returned my first call which was more than a month in advance of my requested date, I am sure that the date would have been available.



His excuse for not returning the first three calls where I left messages and not returning my call to let me know the availability....EVERYONE GETS BUSY AND CAN'T ALWAYS RETURN PHONE CALLS! Instead of making this right for the customer, he told me to call Groupon back to get a refund.



If he can't return phone calls, how can you be confident that you will be receiving your bounce house???



I have also reported this company to Groupon.
