wonderful service and the best food ever. Monty and his girls catered my wedding and the guest were blown away. Slow Roasted Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket was fork tender and the BBQ sauce was excellent. The only thing I was sad about was the Chicken Asiago served with bow tie pasta was such a big hit there was no leftovers. The poor cheese ball lasted about 10 min because it was yummy.

My business recently enlisted Monty and his crew to cater our company Christmas party (In January 2012). I went into the event expecting average to above average food. I was wrong. The food was delicious. I must say, I have extremely finicky eaters at my business. Not one person critiqued poorly. Every person was extremely positive about their food. The steak was incredible. The cook had to cook the steaks under extreme difficulty (in the dark). The steaks were cooked exactly how everyone wanted them. We will definitely have Chef's Catering back to do our next event.
