Community 1st Credit Union is very unhelpful. They were extremely difficult to work with for the short time that they had my car loan. The employees were rude, condescending and unhelpful. Not to mention the interest rate was ridiculous. First placed I called to refinance got me an interest rate half of what these idiots offered.

never experienced an attitude from any bank I have an account,except this one. I have an online account set up to pay my car loan every month. the account goes through western union an I was never made aware that this bank does not accept transactions through western union. I made my payment online,my bank didn't allow the transaction and I wasn't even notified about it. wasn't until 15 days later when my I started receiving phone calls from my car loan that my payment was late and I was hit with extra fees and interest on my loan. I called my bank and asked them what was going on,they told me they would look into it and call me back. I waited for 3 hours and went to my bank to talk to them in person. I spoke with branch manager and politely told him my situation. his response,with a dirty look was, "ok?" "alright?" and that's when I told him that its actually not ok and if im trying to make a transaction and you guys don't approve it I need to be notified. He told me he would work on getting the transaction to go through . I asked him if he would please contact me if it doesn't and he said ok. 3 days go by,my payment never went through my bank,and I was never informed about any of it. be nice if they would have informed me when I opened my account that they don't allow western union transactions. or at least put it in their paper work somewhere. terrible customer service. not to mention this lack of communication has now effected my credit. something I was trying to rebuild when I started with this bank and this car loan. thanks guys
