Many of us began our careers in large firms, and decided that wasn't how we wanted to do things. We wanted to do sophisticated and challenging work, without the bureaucracy of a big firm. We wanted to have the flexibility to do what's right for the client, without having to consult a committee. We also wanted to create a firm that's sustainable over the long term. To us, that means working with people we genuinely enjoy spending time with, and getting our work done as efficiently as possible so we still have some time to have a life outside of work. We're pleased to say we've succeeded.
