This was the best customer service I have ever received in a UPS store. The staff was simply amazing, helpful and extremely friendly. She made my relocation to California from Washington, DC stress free. I am sold on using UPS from now on.

Best ups store in DC, 100% better than fed ex in terms of price, services, friendliness, efficiency, and reliability. i wouldn't trust anyone else with my package or time. And the post office is ridiculous
