The Ross Center was recommended to me by a friend who was already an established patient. Taking her advice was one of the best decisions I've ever made! After one consultation I was quickly diagnosed and I was able to begin a treatment plan. At the time I was a student in the DC area. I needed to leave the university mid-semester and was able to do so with help from everyone at the Ross Center. They worked quickly and efficiently to communicate with my university and process the paper work.



After moving back home, in New Jersey, I was still able to have phone appointments with my doctor to check on my progress. I was also able to refill prescriptions through the Ross Center while I was transitioning into finding a new doctor. Overall, everyone at the Ross Center, from the receptionist to the doctors are genuine, understanding and caring people. I felt very well cared for whether I was in the waiting room or on the phone. You are their priority and that's why I would recommend the Ross Center for anyone who is suffering from anxiety disorders.
