We just hired for a Rodent issue, it was a pleaser surprise that someone knew what they were doing in this industry

I do not recommend.

I had tremendous trouble with this company on a sawtooth grain beetle infestation I had in my primary residence. I had a written service agreement with them that stipulated four treatments, but I only received two. I never received the third treatment after scheduling/rescheduling it five times. They either showed up late when no one was here to let them in, or they didn't show up at all. I complained to the owner who said he'd call me back. He never did, even after I left him a follow-up voice mail. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but the owner steadfastly refused to provide a partial refund. The unresolved complaint is now on their BBB record. I wish I had checked them out on BBB before I used them, because it looks like they didn't have a very good record there, even before my complaint. If you do business with them, I recommend that you do not pay 100% up front like I did. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because they did a good job twice with problems I had at a rental property I own in MD. Maybe better technicians in MD than DC.
