Quality BBQ with a service twist.

you are given a card with a choice of a pre-set order or you go to the butcher counter counter and order by the weight. I would suggest you order by the pre-set order to hold the cost down. I ordered 2 ribs, 3 ounce brisket, and one hot link and one side. If I had ordered the sampler $28, but mine was slightly more with ice tea came $34+.
They placed the meat in paper bag type paper folded into a pouch. My only complaint was that the meat could have been served warmer. The beans were just ok. A friend had Mack & Cheese which was pretty good. It was a lot of food with no room for desert.

Best Texas BBQ east of the Sabine.

I've never ordered BBQ in a style like this, but it works. You are seated, given a meal card that the servers use to mark what you buy. You then go to the "market" and order your meat and sides. The meats are good. Great brisket. Sides of baked beans, green beans, sweet potatoes, and potato salad were OK.

Just visiting the area and happened across this place. If you like smoked food then this is the place. I had an excellent meal.
