I used this company for my grand daughters 1st birthday party, and we had a great time. The entertainment was right on time, and exactly what we requested. I would recommend this business to a friend and plan to use them again in the near future.

DO NOT USE this business for anything! I placed an order for my sister's baby shower and not only did they not deliver the amount that i ordered, they charged me for the entire package. I had to call them to discuss the discrepancy and they were completely unprofessional. They stated that they would refund the difference however they did not & refused to refund the amount that I was due. I have never had customer service this bad, this place is a disgrace!!!

Extremely unprofessional! Costumes were incomplete. Characters arrived late. No one from the company office ever answers the phone. I will never call Fonzie the clown again for any party or event. NEVER EVER! Save your money, go elsewhere!

Fonzie. I wanted to be sure you got my directions and contact information I left on your phone but I could not find your Email Address. I would have liked to back up the directions. I would think that occasionally many clients or potential clients will like an opportunity to email you.
