Several members walk around like they have attitudes. The worst of my experience - I purchased a pair of Guess frames, I had my eye exam done. When my glasses came in the left lense was cracked you couldn't tell until you looked through them or held them up in an angle. They let me keep the glasses and order another pair when that pair came in the lenses was fine however instead of just giving me the new glasses they decided to take the lenses out and put them in the frames they let me have. Well once they transfered the lenses both lenses were cracked. They got the manager and they couldn't explain why that happened. Well I told them why it happened which was that they popped the lenses out of the new frame to put into the frame that I first purchased. So of course they had to put the order in yet again but in doing so they offered me to pick out another frame on them of equal or lesser value and I did. So now waiting for the new frames. Running out of space.
