Took My family there on 5/17/2013, It was around 6 PM in the evening, We noticed going in that there were very few cars in the lot, When we entered and were seated it was hard for our Hostess to find a table or booth for the three of us as at least 90% of the tables were dirty, I counted and di the math. Our waiter arrived after a lot of joking and laughing noise happened in the kitchen for the better part of 10 minutes. We placed our orders and turned to discussion of the day’s events. As we talked we noticed others being seated, (after the table was specifically cleaned for them). And being served food that was very similar to our orders. During this time we noticed a young redheaded waiter who must have been working long hours without a break as every time he came out of the kitchen his mouth was full and he had to stop and swallow several times, We even felt sorry for his customers as they asked him to repeat himself twice due to the fact he was still chewing his food. When it became apparent that we were forgotten, Our waiter arrived and informed us that the "computer System lost our orders” I was amazed that he did not catch it sooner as when asked he only had 3 tables at the time. He apologized profusely and brought us 3 pieces of banana nut bread to hold us off. This was a very nice gesture, it would have been more appreciated if the bread had been cut and not torn in to rough chunks. When our food finally did arrive we were able to eat it before the next portion of the meal arrived. We may have made a mistake by ordering breakfast food for dinner, however in all honesty I have to say the food was good and well prepared, Since this was the second time I have been there in 3 months and have had poor service each time I would recommend not going back, As for the bathroom incident Harold talks about I did not see that on my trip there, I did see an employee exit a stall and return to the main serving area. He DID NOT even try to approach the sink. I would recommend the WILLOW or FRISCHS instead. When I did mention this series of events at the time I paid my bill I was informed that I should tell a manager about it sometime. No effort was made at the time to get a manager.
