After a fire they started right away had my clothes dry cleaned cleaned the whole house helped me look for a hotel that took pets were done in good time no problems with the workmanship I’m satisfied

This company ( Jack Pomeranz ) still owes my family money for un-returned items and damage done by employees. We have never before experienced such a dishonorable businessman.

I called for their first appt & was given an appt. for Friday to clean duct work because of mold .But, they had to come and see the job first. Once they got there, I asked for an estimate for the entire house cleaning. They were going to send an estimate the same day, no estimate. I called the next day and received the estimate for the ducts but not the house. I clearly told him to continue with the ducts on Friday but, I would like an estimate before. SInce I already had a company coming on Friday, if the estimate was better, I would have cancelled. Friday comes- NO SHOW at 8:45!!! I called the company and spoke to the secretary several times. She said the next available was Thursday or Firday but, I needed to speak with Chris. I called several times and sent an e-mail as well. Tuesday morning, I received an e-mail to see if I wanted the entire house done or not. I e-mailed, no response. I called later in the day. CHris finally got on the phone and asked if I was doing the entire house. When I said no, just the ducts he said he could not clean my ducts until next week because he had put priority cases on the Thursday and Friday. PRIORITY? I have a pregnant wome and 2 kids without a home due to mold...THAT is not PRIORITY???? Message is, they are NOT reliable, they do not keep appointments and waste precious time. Smoke CLean of America does NOT deserve any stars!
