When you call the store and a Lucy or something picks up.. answers your question with a yup and hangs up without a goodbye or anything after you say thank you for answering questions.

They have a good selection for all ages an they even have the characters come in for the kids to meet an take pictures with

The staff member I dealt with was very rude for a fact.
Actually put me in a bad mood when I was having a great day.
Next time I'm dropping off at Savers down the road and will take the tax deduction - which is probably more than Once Upon a Time will give you anyway. Also noticed food on some clothes and smokey smells when I was walking around.
Not worth your time to buy or sell your items. There are better deals at Savers without the attitude.

I met the owner in the store, he couldn't have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to deliver an item I bought that could not fit in my car. Prices are the best! I highly recommend it's worth the trip!

I would be generous if I gave this place a one star rating. Staff is rude and unknowledgeable. I agree with the review below don't waste your time.

Don't bother selling to this place, "scammers" doesn't even begin to cover it. They gave my boyfriend 5 dollars for 7 items of my daughters clothes including two 30 dollar items, shoes and an item with tags still attached! Every piece was in brand new condition, and mostly dressy clothes. He was unaware of how much he should have been getting or how much they were worth and was taken advantage of. I would have gone right back had it not been after closing time when i realized what they had done. I've already expressed my displeasure and disgust with this store and have yet to receive any kind of response a week later. I can not possibly express the level of disappointment I am feeling after this experience. Skip on any future business with these rip off artists, bring your items to local small time stores who both deserve and appreciate your business!
