We just bought a pellet insert from Hearthside Fireplace and Patio. All I can say is that the experience was exceptional. The salesperson was knowledgeable and really steered us in the right direction, which was different from what I thought previous to walking into the store. The crew that installed the stove were professional, polite, and friendly. They answered my questions and dealt with the idiosyncrasies of my house with ease. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and are looking forward to lots of warmth this winter.
