The two young men, Luke and Collin, who came to the house to do the work were very polite, knowledgeable, and informative when asked questions about the service being performed. They did a great job in getting the task performed. Also Pat in the office was very responsive to our needs. Thanks for the service, Michael Wagoner

Provided by YPmobileBeen doing business with them for a while. Very honest and if there are any issues with billing, etc.. they will resolve them Quickly and fairly. Most companies would not do that

Provided by YP.comI called them this morning around 8:15AM and they showed up at 9:45 or so. Took them 15-20 minutes to unclog my sewer line and everything was good to go. The guys were very nice and friendly, you don't find that everywhere!

Provided by YP.comDefinitely not recommended. My dad hired them to do some pumping for me while I was out of the country. Before they commenced work, one of their agents quoted us a disposal fee of $0.06 per gallon pumped. After they were done I got a bill for pumping charged at $0.10 (somewhere around there) per gallon. Anyway, this worked out to an overcharge of around $1,200. I adjusted their bill, paid what I owed and forgot about it. Of course they took me to court, and since I was unable to get off of work for a middle-of-the-day court appearance, they won by default. I don't care if they have always overcharged for pumping services, if their agent gives a quote then they need to stand by it! Do your homework, read the other reviews, and don't risk using this company! I now use Strombeck Brothers. They are nice people, easy to work with, prompt, professional, etc. The best part is that when they say they will only charge you $.06/gal, that's what they actually charge. Hope this helps! :)
This reviewer's father did call our office to have some pumping done at his mobile home park. However, he is incorrect in stating that we gave his father a quote of $.06 per gallon for disposal. We quote our disposal prices daily to folks who call our office, and never have we used that figure. The price that we charged when we invoiced the job was the price that we quoted in the phone conversation. As to the comments concerning the court hearing, if the reviewer would have petitioned the court, it would have rescheduled the hearing to another date when he could have appeared. Weed, Inc. has been a successful, family-owned business for four generations, and over the years has earned a reputation for being fair, honest and professional in all areas of business. We value our customers, and strive to satisfy. We are sorry that we couldn't do that in this instance.

Weed provided our farm with a porta pot last summer and it worked out well. They cleaned and emptied it on schedule and the driver was polite.
