N.E.W. Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has very helpful service technicians and are great at answering any questions.

N.E.W. Plumbing and Heating provided us with a good quality of work done. Overall, they do good work.

N.E.W. Plumbing is a top-notch service and fair price. I have had them service my sewage line twice (over a 4yr period), and both times it was a superb experience. They are highly-skilled, quick to respond, and solved my issues. I had two prior experiences with other plumbing companies and was very dissatisfied. However, my experiences with N.E.W. have been top-notch. They are so professional and know what they are doing, and charge a good price. To anyone who asks me about plumbing services, I always recommend N.E.W.--if you need a plumber, give your business to N.E.W. I have no affiliation with these guys... I'm just a customer who knows a great service when I see it! I'm a D.I.Y.'er that tries to take care of my own house maintenance needs, but occasionally I have to call a professional--and if it's a plumber, it's always going to be N.E.W. Plumbing. I'd have a hard time finding a better company in the area.

The most unethical and ignorant company I have ever dealt with. They do not honor a manufacturer's warranty and charge twice as much for parts than the competition. Your heating and cooling is too important to entrust it in the hands of these criminals.

I called early in the week to arrange for service on a Thursday as it was a day that I could take off work. They called me Wednesday saying that they could come, but I was working out of town that day. I told them again about Thursday and they verified the new work order. On Thursday they didn't show up and didn't call to tell me that they weren't able to make it. I won't use them again.

Avoid N.E.W. Plumbing and Heating. They sent two technicians to install a shower fixture. Charged me for both even though one just stood around watching the other work. The next day the shower handle broke off and water was shooting out.

I called a different company to come fix N.E.W.s mistake. That was money down the drain.
