Our capabilities include: CMM Inspection, CNC Lathe, Complete Finishing, EDM Wire/Sinker/Drill, Mill 3x/4x/5x, and Swiss Lathe. Our special processes include: Anodizing, Assembly, Bending, Clean/Passivation, Coating, Electropolish, Flute Grinding, Gun Drill, Heat Treat, Laser Etch, Laser Weld, Molding, Painting and TIG Welding. We precision machine all medical grades of stainless steel, titanium, cobalt chrome (CoCr), nitinol (NiTi), exotic alloys, aluminum, brass and different plastics; including polyethylene (UHMWPE), Radel and others.
