Joe Callaghan, the president of Fahl Homes, purchased Fahl Manufactured Homes, Inc in 1989. At that time Fahl Homes sold mostly singlewide homes for land lease communities. As time went on, Fahl Homes started to sell homes for private property, and began adding basements and/or crawlspaces and attached garages. We now sell state code approved homes ( modular ) and HUD approved homes as well as singlewide homes. We finance our homes with FHA, VA and conventional type financing. We have added an onsite service department and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We are the number one home sales location in Warsaw, Indiana.
