I love eating here, my favorite food is the spicy chicken and my favorite dessert is the flour less chocolate dome. They are excellent at gluten allergies. The service is a little slow. But other then that the food is very excellent.

On Thursday March 27th, I decided to give P.F. Chang's a try as I was close by and in the mood for some fried rice. As I went to sit in the bar section of the restaurant there were 4 free tables. 3 of the tables had used dishes on them and one was just plain dirty but had no dishes. As I was alone and the dirty table had no dishes I put my coat on the chair and told the waiter in that section, I'd be using the rest room. When I came back, my table was cleaned and set. However the 3 tables surrounding me were still dirty with used plates on them. And the table directly in front of me was being used as a busing table as there were PILES of used dishes, silverware and glasses on it. All the dirty plates that the waiter collected from other tables were placed on this apparently converted busing table. It felt like I was about to eat at a garbage dump. And the kitchen was no more than 20 feet from us! After about 20 mins into my visit the waiter decided to begin clearing the tables.



As for the food, lets start with the very long hair that I discovered in it. And the chicken in the fried rice was way over cooked. The manager was in the bar area and seemed to not notice that the tables were an unacceptable mess.



The bartender was lovely as she was my actual server but her upbeat personality could not make up for such a bad dining experience.



I do NOT recommend eating here and I most certainly will NOT be going back!
