Terrible store for handling ATT promotions, and warranty issues.

Warranty for a phone cable was pushed back to me the customer to a 3rd party. Entered the claim with 3rd party, and they were even worse to deal with.

In short, make sure you purchase phones or equipment from an ATT store, not an authorized retailer because they lack training and frustrate the customer.
