Just experienced a great carry-out meal at Joe and Vinnie's. Their chicken parmigiana was tender, lightly breaded, and seasoned to perfection. The accompanying spaghetti, topped with their signature tomato sauce, was delicious, along with toasted garlic bread, and a garden salad.It was the perfect meal for a cold, rainy night! Portions were quite generous, and the cost may be one of the best values in Warrenton. It was ready in 10 minutes and served by Shannon, who's always friendly and welcoming. Joe and Vinnie's is a just a small, home owned and operated Italian place that is rare in today's fast-food world.
