When I called about my '07 Prius having electrical issues and when I could get it in to be serviced they told me it would be a two week wait. Also they said they wouldn't waste their time unless the intermittent electrical failure was present when I brought it in (but then I would need a tow truck...) and also I had to decide right then on the phone if I wanted the battery replaced or an electric diagnostic done. I'm not an automotive tech, but I am a retired computer tech and thought that was absolutely ridiculous. The guy also kept telling me about money like I would try to short change them or not have enough to cover the bill. It was disappointing and unprofessional.



On a side note I have purchased both of my Toyota's from Lums and they had super good service and got me in and out fast and were super polite and nice.

Today I called Lum's to buy a wiper blade for my Jeep. I think it is good that we support our local businesses. This is a standard 12" blade for my vehicle. They quoted me $21.55. I thought this was some what expensive. I went on line and found a 12" blade for my vehicle for $8.00 with shipping. I can not support a ripoff.
