I called ahead to see if they had a refrigerator in the size I needed and a suitable one was reported in stock, so, I arranged to get it later in the week. I arranged for delivery transportation and took time out of my schedule; when I arrived at the store and asked about the refrigerator, I was guided to its location and as I was verifying its condition a woman behind the desk interrupted saying she was taking it home.

This type of treatment is one reason local businesses loose business.

I try to do business with locally owned businesses whenever possible but this business has driven away my business.

I was browsing and asked if a unit was a refrigerator or a freezer; the attending woman abruptly responded "It's a freezer and it is going to my house"

I then inquired about a second unit and she responded "It's staying there".

Prices seemed reasonable and there was a large selection of used appliances but

I do not want to spend my money where I am treated rudely.

Bought two appliances there - neither one worked within 5 days. Their "30-day warranty" is only to REPAIR the broken appliances they sold. They do NOT refund. NEVER AGAIN - why would I want someone to 'repair' the broken junk they sold?????
