Misleading

I was contacted by the dealership to purchase a vehicle that I was trying to sell. I DID NOT CALL THEM-THEY CALLED ME. I drove more than an hour only to be completely not taken seriously. They had all of the information as a copy of the original sticker was posted in my online ad. Do not go there, they will only take advantage!!

Very POOR customer relations starting at the top with the General Manager-3 months return calls!

6/1/2012 Volvo in for service - car running rough and just dieing in intersections. Volvo recalled this issue part in 2005 (ETM) Original in for same problem in Nov. 4, 2005 under warrantee! wasn't fixed? Now, in June of 2012 service said it is out of the extended warrantee. If they fixed it right the first time, and also back for second time, same issue, July 2, 2007 I wouldn't be writing this note! After getting the run-around from the service manager, saying he is too busy to call the manufacture, frankly I doubt if he even called Volvo. I called the general manager, Tino Merlo 6/25/2012 I explained this problem, and he said give me a couple of days to research it and he would get back to me. Well, it's now September 6, 2012 and I have not received any follow-up calls! That's Poor customer relations! I have made several calls and left several messages. 6/25, 7/9, 7/26, 8/17, 8/30 and now 9/6/2012. I have driven Volvos since 1974 purchased several from this dealer, so much for brand loyalty! I believe I have been treated very poorly and unfairly! I expect to send my comments to the CEO of Volvo North America and the Whetstone Auto Group. Further more I will recommend all my PA Volvo friends to A better Dealership in Pittsburgh, PA.
