I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone asking if they could help with my crabgrass. She told me they couldn't help me unless I signed up on the yearly program. I told her you are not taking new customers? She said yes but you have to sign the yearly contract. I said, I don't know if I need a yearly service but my crabgrass is horrible, so I possible might need it. She said she would send someone by for a free estimate. 3 days later, a man came to my door and I gave him the scenario. He told me he didn't have time to drive around giving free advice and that I was misleading to the lady on the phone. Uh...ok. I just wanted to know if a year round service would be needed to give me the lawn I want! I would never hire these people if you can't even get good customer service on the phone or in person! Absolutely horrible. I am disgusted with them. The funny thing is... I am signing up for yearly service with someone else! their loss...
