These guys never let me down, I usually rent from Angelo at the boardman store, because it's closer, but he was closed for some reason involving the sars cov-2 plandemic, probably a mahoning county thing, but anyways I am never dissappointed when I come here, they ALWAYS have the tool for the job, if any of the other stores don't have it, these guys always do, as a contractor/owner of a contracting business it's vital to be able to have access to the necessary tools to service your clients, I typically don't have time to write reviews, but these guys have really been a boon for business, when no one else has the tool, these guys do! The price is right for rentals and PRICE MATTERS, it does, the costs of everything matters, so great price, great selection and the guts that work here are funny and knowledgeable, 5 stars, look you need a tool, this is the place

I would not rent from these people ever again. Ordered a slushie machine for my daughters wedding and when we got it the unit was so dirty with dead flys and rotten moldy syrup still in the unit. Called back and they sent someone out to clean in but we already had it taken apart and cleaned when they arrived. Only good thing is i did get my money refunded after a manager argument.

I wouldn't recommend these people to ANYONE. I rented tables and chairs for an event. The other day. The chairs and tables were rented on Thursday and dropped off Friday afternoon. When I rented the tables and chairs, they told me that I could leave them at the location until Monday. After our event, I called to ask if I could just leave them there until Monday, as I was ready to leave. They told me no and they were gonna charge me DOUBLE what I paid to rent these tables and chairs, which was $84.29. So just to leave them sitting until Monday, I would have been looking at $168.58 just to leave them idle until Monday. I told them that they told me this, the guys name who told me and I was replied with "He's not here and I don't make the contracts". I'm still stuck on how your supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL company, yet you lie and tell me I can leave them there until Monday. Unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER. STAY AWAY! If I could, I would give them zero stars.

I rented a tent, tables, chairs, and a dance floor from rental corral for my daughters sweet 16 b-day party. It rained the day of my event and the tent was poorly put together. The rain water sat in the one corner of the tent so there was a water bubble on the inside. There were rips and tears in the canope. The one pole was not put in the right way. The dance floor did not snap together and looked like crap.The only thing worth getting was the tables and chairs. I paid $400 dollars for a product that should have been thrown away. I could not use the tent for my party i was very disappointed. When i called to complain they said that it was common for water to sit in tents like that, and they did not make things right with me. The employees are very rude and i will not return with my business. If you want good service and a good product i would take my business elsewhere.

these people are VERY VERY rude. The last time I did business with these people was in 1995 when they accused me of putting a dent in a fountian that was about 10 years old. when i offered to pay (just to keep the peace) they said it was going to cost me $1,000.00. Today, I broke down and call to order tents for a outdoor event .....they haven't changed. THIS IS NO PLACE WHERE I WOULD EVER DO BUSINESS. I went to another vendor and actually paid 50.00 more per tent but it's worth it just so I don't have to deal with the rudeness and lack of professionalism. God Bless anyone taking a chance with these people.
