Very unprofessional service, person on phone would not answer a simple question even after I introduced myself and company which needs a sewing machine repaired. Was hung up on twice by same person. This has also been reported to the BBB. I am a professional at my job and this was handled very poorly. If I could give a zero or negative rating I would.
