They had me down for only select dates that I needed, even through I called a week in advance like I was supposed to. Called today to confirm my trips for today and Saturday and of course they did not have me scheduled. How hard is it to schedule people accordingly? This is not the first time this has happened either and I'm tired of having to scramble to find another ride if they did not schedule me!

I don't understand for two years the Community Busing had no problem going up to just the door of the day care center to get my grandson and this is his 3rd year with Community Busing and now they change the guide lines that the handicaped children need to be brought down to the bus from the daycare center. The bus drivers will not even meet the day care providers 1/2 way. I don't understand this.
