I will never stay another night at the Capri motel in howland ohio so take my advice you can stay somewhere a lot nicer for a couple dollars more. Also the cottage inn in Niles ohio is same management the both are nasty and very unclean the sheets were never changed floors had dirt and beer caps on floor there was garbage in garbage can the towels were stained and don't get me started on the bathrooms there was hair everywhere in shower there was soap but it was used soap. I went and asked for new remote and told them the room was dirty and lady yelled at me saying don't tell her it's dirty she cleaned herself and the remote was just fixed so it was me that didn't know how to use it. Also there is a lady and her husband that live there and they won't let her pay weekly but other guest who live there are allowed to pay weekly. I have heard them scream at this lady who lives there that she is nasty and they treat her like she is a prisoner in her room. She is not allowed to have anyone over she had a friend come over and management just opened her door and told guy to get out and she would drag him out by his d***....and screamed and yelled at them both. How disrespectful management is how dare they treat there paying customers like they own them. They aren't even allowed to go into anyone else rooms. She was invited in my room and they told her stop and turn around she is not to go down past her room not even just to knock on door. All the other customers are allowed in each others rooms. There family and friends All stay for free and smoke marijuana outside there rooms and the party and drink til all hours of the night. When I got room the lady was drunk and swearing and saying people were going to jail there own family. This place is run by a bunch of hypocrites who treat people ignorantly basically they don't like this couple so they treat them like they are prisoners in there own room and they are paying customers that should be allowed to have guests over in moderation and as long as they are respectful and don't cause problems and they should be allowed in someone else room if invited because other guests were in others guests rooms. So just a heads up the Capri Motel in Howland Ohio and Cottage inn in Niles Ohio see the 2 worst motels and horrible ignorant smelly management who are dirty and have horrible hygiene are running these motels into the ground and they don't deserve any business. I asked for owners information and they told me NO.....I wouldn't give them one star and hope they get busted with smoking marijuana and drinking and they get kicked out managing these places. ALSO HAVE BED BUGS BAD. I had to give the star just to submit this comment. They don't deserve that

unclean sheets, unclean towels, BUGS, no air conditioning. I went to check in to rent a room and heard the lady who works there that somebody better be effing dying because the young lady wanted to pay for THREE nights! I turned around and went some where else. I've stayed in the motel one other time and as I originally said, all those things were wrong with my room. Heard they did remodeling so I gave benefit of a doubt and went to rent another room but after hearing her talk to one of the guests like that, I turned my car around and went to a MUCH NICER motel, for $5 more!! This motel doesn't even deserve ONE STAR!!
