I was told that this was for call ahead rides, not last minute pick-ups. This buisness has always been very good to me. They are on time and polite.

How are these people still in business? Isn't the point of a taxi service to send cars out to pick people up and drive them to destinations? I have "used" this service 3 times, 1 was a complete no-show, 1 was 45 minutes late and when they finally got there the driver was surly and rude, and now today they didn't even pretend they'd send someone out, instead just saying they were "too busy". Too busy doing what? It sure isn't the service they advertise.

Called at noon and set up a taxi for 2 am never showed up. Called and they said they never had a time for pickup. They had my cell phone # and never called. Said they would send out the next cab. Waited 25 minutes and no one showed. They called after 3 am and said the cab was there to pick us up. Terrible.

I am so sick & tired of your drivers taking me out of the way and charging me extra. They claim that they're avouding stop lights, but they kee charging me extra money! Roger is the best driver you have. You all need to keep him and tell everybody else to get like him.

Called at 8:04 already late for a party. Said they could puck me up in 20 minutes. That was 40 minutes ago. Are they ever going to show?

called at 6:00 to make rsvp to be picked up from a bar in Warren, only to be safe and NOT drinking and driving. They were suppose to pick up at 1:30, never showed!

Called and they were NOT able to be there for another 45 Min, now the bar is closing!

Very unreliable. Never again.
