3/9/12: We used UHM to finish our basement. Studs, electrical, drywall and mud/taping done quickly with sub-contractors I would use again. Remaining items were a continuous struggle. UHM tried to get by with bare minimum. Awful project management and constantly needing to be reminded of unresolved items. Sloppy workmanship req’d numerous touch-ups, especially paint (done by contractor’s DAD). Lots of footwork & babysitting req’d on our end to ensure correct items were ordered/installed. Poor communication & response from project manager; lots of excuses. Project looks good in the end, thanks to our constant attention. In the end, we were too exhausted to still argue about the little details that were important to us. Project manager proved he was capable of being attentive at the very end when the loan (which had expired due to project taking over 90 days!!) needed to be reapplied for and collected for final payment.



8/15/12: In response to the business owner's claims- I'd like to clarify that the "extras" listed (custom cabinets, tile bath flooring and upgraded carpeting) were done AT AN ADDITIONAL COST meaning we paid the difference in price to go from stock to upgraded content. Also, delay due to required rescheduling was not our primary concern. It was the poor craftsmanship, delivery of incorrect material, lack of attention to instructions and details. Additionally there was a lot of unnecessary footwork by us when we were paying UHM to manage the project for us. As you can see, almost half a year later, this experience still aggravates us!

These guys did a fabulous job on our finished basement 950 sq ft of living space ,full bath and custom wet bar. We just LOVE it. The comunication was excellent i let them do there thing and they were done in just under 4 weeks , flooring and all. Our upstairs bath is next, already have Mike scheduled to come out May 10th.

I love my new roof. The project went just like Mike said it would. The crew was very polite and did one heck of a job on clean up , its like they were never here. The job was done all in one day just as promised. Very good job!!!!!!!!

We had our porch done by them this summer. The porch fell within the first month and its currently 3 months later and they have not fixed it. they do not return phone calls. do not use this companie we are out over $5,000
