I went here to have a broken monitor light replaced. They didn't have the part in stock, but said they would order it and call me when it was ready for pick up. I didn't hear from them so I called 2 weeks later and they said they were still looking for the part. A couple weeks after that, I gave up and went to the shop to get it (surely Best Buy can fix it quicker), but was told that they had gotten rid of the laptop because it had been in the shop for over 30 days. No phone call, no notice, and when I pointed this out to the owner he became irate, said they would NEVER get rid of the laptop without notification and threatened to call the cops. I told him to go ahead, then he started screaming. At that point I had to leave as I had brought my two young children with me. I tried to make a report with the police but they were unable to help because it was a private company and had the policy posted. There are 100 computer repair shops in the area...AVOID this one. -out of luck single mom
