This gym is awesome! ! The one on one attention and expertise of the owner, Stephanie, is priceless. The workouts are fun and the results you get are amazing. I have never been so committed and excited to work out. Each day is a new challenge and I look forward to going. It's a must go!! You won't be disappointed.
