This location has Horrible customer service,an the food is so so.

Went to Papa John's Pizza in Warren for the very first time for a valentine pizza for my grandson. It was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It wasn't even a 1/4 of an inch high, the crust was like eating a board and it was over cooked. I've never seen a pizza that thin before. I was not given the choice of thin crust or thick crust. I will never go back to Papa Johns again. I'll stick with Jet's or Little Caesars if I want a good pizza. Should get them for false advertizment.

Tried a few vegetarian pizzas by my house. Papa Johns beats Jets, very friendly customer service also.
