Milco Manufacturing Company, founded in 1950, is the designer, manufacturer and service provider of all types of resistance welding guns and components, servo and modular welding guns, air and hydraulic cylinders and special machines and stations. Milco's customers include major domestic automotive manufacturers, transplant and international automotive corporations as well as many other manufacturing concerns. The company designs, manufactures and provides service for all types of resistance welding guns and components, servo and modular welding guns, air and hydraulic cylinders, special machines and stations. It also handles equipment installation services and support at the plant, documentation and installation of engineering changes, plant responsibilities such as developing maintenance schedules, completing tool stores or spare parts inventory and performing equipment verification, trouble shooting of resistance welding systems, technical training for weld gun maintenance and repair, cylinder maintenance and repair and portable weld gun safety and weld gun set up and adjustment for robotic applications, pedestal style guns, hard tool applications and portable weld guns.
