I was looking for Power steering pump with pulley for my jaguar called oreily , auto zone , napa and guess what they didnt have it and called M97 and they ended having it so i will be coming here from now on very cool employees nice little shop

Great service, extensive stock of parts.. usually find parts here that others do not carry or have in stock. Prices are often lower.

Knowledgeable staff. Quality Parts. Best prices in town. Will never shop at O'Reilly's or AutoZone ever again.

Horrible people to deal with. They will lie and tell you they will do something and then they do not do it. I had to pay and arrange a shipping company to pick up my bill of sale and title because they would not send it out. Then they held my deposit for over a month when i started requesting. I had to constantly phone them.

FIND a different broker if you are dealing with COParts auctions, these people are exactly as the negative reviews describe. I wish to god I had read the reviews before giving them my money. If there are positive ones, they are probably FAKE.

They will take your money fast, and then ask for more money. Total losers. Would never ever do business with them again. I hope I can save a few people the hassle of dealing with these losers.

I called M-97 auto parts about a tailgate for a 2008 Ford Edge and was told they had a good tailgate with minor scratches and rust. Than they sent the form for me to fill out. The form that I signed stated all items sold as is and I didn't think that was an issue because I had it in writing on that same form that the parts had minor scratches and rust. They did not disclose that there was major dents on the inside of the tailgate But when the tailgate arrived it was all dented on the inside of the tailgate to where the tailgate had more damage than the tailgate I was replacing and was not usable. All of the damage was on the tailgate before they shipped it and that is why I should be getting a full refund from them. They flat out lied to me about the condition of the tailgate with only having minor scratches and rust

Bought a 2007 Charger from Joe about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. He even changed my tire for free after I hit a pothole a few weeks after purchasing the car. Thanks!
