Motor Medic / KSA repairs, I would never again deal with this repair shop. The manager Bob is very rude over the phone. I tried to ask questions about my repair and he seemed to be annoyed with the fact I was keeping him on the phone. I could hardly ask a second question about my machine when he rudely hung up the phone on me as I was in the middle of my sentence. I was very polite. Once I picked up the machine, I asked him again the same question as to whether the machine was running ok. He told me that all he was paid to do was fix the pull cord. He didn't even bother to check if the machine even ran. What good is the pull cord repair if the machine doesn't run. Bob showed me that all he cared about was getting his money and could care less about me. Terrible service and I'm very disappointed. Don't use this place if you have a small machine to repair because they don't care about you.

I have used these guys for the better part of 15 years since I moved into the area. By far the most knowledgeable guys in the field. I first came to them after no body else in the area could repair my generator. He had it back to me inside of 3 days for less than 100 bucks. That was 15 years ago and I still go there. Never had a problem or have heard of an issue from the many people I have referred.
