In the last month I have used the layaway twice and the experience was awful. I had to wait for some one to come back to the department to open the layaway and its a good thing there is a bench. And then wait for someone to come back to that department to take it out. I used my cell phone to call the front desk for assistance. That's ridiculous. Most of the staff is unprofessional and lack customer service skills. If they see you looking around they do not offer assistance and if you ask they will point the way. They should get it together or they may be out of business like the other locations.
