I just took my road test yesterday at the Warren location, the man assessing my driving was very professional. He was very kind and respectful throughout the duration of my testing. He gave very clear and simple directions during the driving portion of the test, and was happy to answer any questions I had about parking, direction, etc.

He was very pleasant and positive, which made my Road Test very memorable. I would definitely recommend Johnny's Road Testing to anyone who has yet to take their Road Test!

I had a wonderful experience , The instructor was very professional and easy going, he had an easy going dad vibe , and i recommend Jonnys road testing to anyone who needs to take their road test.

I met both instructors from Jonny's Road Testing - very professional and nice. It was easy to set up an appointment with sufficient times available and very courteous/ professional on the phone. Adolph is an exceptional instructor - very clear instructions, supportive and gave positive feedback. My dtr felt very comfortable and at ease during her road test. Overall very positive experience and would highly recommend Jonny's Road Testing!!

I took my road test on a weekday and from what I hear, there's 2 instructors that do the tests at each location. I went to the 23 mile site and we started with the 3 parking maneuvers, then onto the road test. Consisting of normal roads, then a subdivision, merging lanes, then onto the freeway, back off, and back to the parking lot. Overall, it took less than an hour, and the instructor was very supportive. Don't know how half these reviews talk about Unclear instructions, or wrong landmark, or not paying attention. This guy deserves more credit.

The road test and parking was very easy and straight forward, I thought it was all around great. He's a very good instructor.

Unfit tester. Unclear instructions. Abrasive Allowed road test after failure of parking. Spent most of the time buried in his clip bored looked up long enough to shout in the middle of an intersection only caused panic.

TERRIBLE OWNER AND SERVICE. Tip: on your website and phone message don't put the wrong landmark with the address you want to meet to do the test and blame your potential customers for being 4 minutes late and demand an apology. The place you were at is NOT the same as your website and message says. Also, maybe answer your phone when a potential customer calls to verify where this address is when they are right around the corner. Oh, and YOU are supposed to be professional- you are the business. There are other driving services out there. You think we would trust you to give a fair test when you wouldn't let it go? . We can get another tester instead.

Jonny, please don not allow the awful, disrespectful, rude, unprofessional woman that answers your phone represent your company. I am shocked and disgusted by the way I was treated by her (no clue what her name is since she was not courteous enough to give it to me). I have never in my entire life been treated that way by ANYONE! She is obnoxiously rude and I cannot imagine any reason for her to be employed unless she is your wife or a relative...in which case I feel even more sorry for you. I made an appointment with her which she apparently forgot to schedule and rather than taking the blame or apologizing she screamed about how she "really didn't care because our phones ring all day and we are always busy". Apparently you have so much business that you can afford to treat people disrespectfully. I hope anyone reading this gives their business to one of the many other companies out there. This woman does not deserve a job or a paycheck.

I just took my road test and in all honesty I was terrified bc I read the reviews before but he was a nice, respectful man and it was way less stressful than I thought. He was there when he said he'd be there and it went by quickly no problems.

Soooooo unprofessional, this place needs to be shutdown. Johnny had scheduled a golf meet right after my appointment ... He felt I was taking too long so he failed me as soon as I turned the car on and did only 1 out of the several parking exercises. Obviously that is not enough points needed to fail. Soon enough , and rightly so , this place will be shut down.

I needed to take a road test and I heard about Johnnys Road Test through a friend so I decided to give them a call and set up an appointment. I called them everyday for an entire week and even left three voicemails. Nobody ever answered the phone or gave me a response in any way. I finally got a call back from the owner himself and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He blamed me for not being able to get a hold of them and told me to go elsewhere because they were booked. I didn't deserve to be talked to or treated that way, especially since I was just simply trying to set up an appointment. Based on what I experienced, I wouldn't suggest anyone going to this place for a road test. I had a much better experience with A&M Road Testing. They were very polite and I got my license!

I wish I could review how the actual road test had went. Unfortunately, I can't. I called Jonny's last Wednesday, to no response. I did recieve a call back, on Sunday morning at 9 AM (real professional). I called back at noon to no reply. I then FINALLY got a call back today around noon. I pick up and the woman asks me when I'd like to schedule in a very rude tone. She gave me the choices of 9AM or 3PM. I politely informed her that, since my parents both work, I'd prefer something even later than 3. She nastily says "Well, we have 5PM but that fills up fast, you can just go somewhere else!" I told her I didn't want to go somewhere else, I wanted to go here, I'd heard good things about Jonny's. I then asked if I could schedule a 5PM for next week. She said, as rudely as possible, "No, I only schedule a week in advance, so YOU can just go somewhere else!" And then HUNG UP ON ME. I spent nearly a week waiting on them so they could call me back and hang up on me! Disgusting.

He is so rude and terrible with appointments.

I went through numerous reviews from different companies when I was deciding on where to take my road test at. I picked the 23 Mile location (covenant church) for Jonny's. Let me just say that Joe is awesome! My appt. was at 1:30 and he was on time, returning with another person taking their test. He's very respectful, and all around cool guy. I highly recommend taking your road test through this company.

Joe rocks!! Great experience! Very professional & timely! I will use again for my second child. Very pleased & would recommend highly!

This place was horrible. They made me take my road test when the ground was covered in snow. The instructor asked me to pull up to a line when i couldnt see the line. After i had pulled up where i thought was right, he then cleared the line off, and gave me a point for not being close enough. When i was parallel parking, i made it in the spot perfectly but when i pulled the car forward to straighten out, he gave me another point which made me fail the test. It was just a horrible experience, DONT GO THERE!
