Talked a big game and didn't deliver. Howard's here's a hint...if you are going to bad mouth the competition, you should put up or shut up. Had my lawn tractor 5 weeks. I had to call repeatedly. Finally they called and said the starter was bad. That's what I told them when I brought it in! They did manage to charge me an extra $25. Very poor customer service.

took lawnmower in to be fixed. wasn't happy with results. wrote bad review. not sure if Jeff the owner saw review or what but i got a call from him saying if I wasn't happy he wasn't happy and to bring lawnmower back to be fixed- no charge. Got lawnmower back promptly and is running good. Appreciate is effort to make things right.
