Provided by SuperpagesI had a furnace installed by Creative less than two years ago and they did a good job helping me choose the furnace and with installation. However, when issues popped up with the furnace, they have never responded. When I tried to contact them numerous times, the call goes right to voice mail and they never call back. Horrible customer service. Stay away!

Provided by SuperpagesI would have given this company a negative 5 stars if that was possible!! They are horrible! They don't give you a receipt, return calls and when we needed the unit serviced after the installation they wouldn't call us back. The positive comments on here must have been posted by the company. Once they get your money...look out!
