I have had so much success with Chucks that its the only place i take my car when i need help. This time my car started making a grinding noise and was shakey when i was driving to my university and i brought it in and within a few hours they had the whole thing fixed for way less than i thoght it would cost. I have zero car knowledge and they patiently explained what was wrong with it and what each part's purpose is and how they were fixing it. They are courteous, professional, polite, and friendly, and i will never go anywhere else. Thankful for a great business like Chucks!!!

Awesome service! I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought from a "friend" to use as my daily driver and a week after I bought it the transmission went on the thing. I call Chuck's emergency tow service and they had a truck there within the hour. Two days later they had my transmission rebuilt and I has been running like a champ ever since!!

They kept my car for two weeks and were very unprofessionals. They over charge and are not considerate of the customers time or money.

My car has been with chucks for three weeks Noe and they still have not started to even fix my car..I went in like a knuckle head about a leak...and that tell me their waiting to see if my power train would cover the the parts ...the warranty adjuster started the claim on the 7th of this month here today is the 26th everyday it's the same thing...I want my car.and they still have yet to move with the claims department and constantly lies to me about what could be wrong .

I have taken my cars to Chuck's for a few years and have been satisfied with the work. Good mechanics and always safety checks the car when it comes in. Would highly recommend this shop for transmission and general repair.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business, and the officiant mechanics that have worked on my cars. They are always happy to go above and beyond for there customers. They always make sure that their clients come first.

I've been taking my car here for years and they have always treated me right! My fuel pump went out and my car had some other issues that they fixed. Prices are great and they are prompt. One of the small businesses in the area that have survived the economy because of their honest work and prices.

Never go to this place. Paid over a thousand dollars for used transmission and it was a mess when I got it back. Returned it a month later and they would not repair it. I have no Idea what is wrong with the trans. Plus when I got it back the serpentine belt came off the very next day. I as the person before me said I wouldn't recommend this shop for any repairs. If there was a no start rating I would use it

Paid nearly $1100.00 to have my transmission worked on a little over2 months ago. Started having problems with it again so I took it back. After a week with my car, they told me it would be an ADDITIONAL $1200.00 to do it all again. Decided that enough was enough and collected my car. Now I am having problems with something all over the inside of my engine that had never happened before. I think they may have put it back together and didn't care whether it was right or not. I will NOT be taking my car back again, nor can I recommend that anyone else goes there!
