They are liars. Was told on the phone that service for a chord that won't recoil was most likely $37.50 and they would help unload the machine. Got there and was told coil service was $65-70--only would be cheaper if I take the part off myself (they had obviously told me to bring the whole lawn mower in for the quoted price). "I don't know who misinformed you," I was told. "Who answered the phone twenty minutes ago?" No answer. This is called a bait and switch. I don't appreciate it, wasting my time and driving 8 miles with the lawnmower hanging out the car, only to be given a price almost double that on the phone.

Big thank you to my buddy, Ryan.If you ever need anything from lawnmowers to snow blowers, chainsaws, etc. I recommend you pay them a visit.

I can't recommend Bid's enough. They sell and service anything with a small engine, and have a parts selection that is unbeatable. There's zero reason to shop anywhere else.

Good old fashioned service seems to be something of the past, but not at Bid's...They took our dead tractor and our snow blower and had them fixed, before our former repair company even called us back!

We have bought several weed trimmers in the past because they wouldn't start. Ryan at Bid's gave us a great deal on a quality machine and explained how to maintain it properly. Thanks, Bid's!

I'm not one to wright a review but this is a great place. I got the wrong bearing from them(which was my falt). And they took it back and gave me the right one even tho I had already pack the bearing. Very friendly and professional.
