On Wednesday, June 02, 2010, I visited your store intent on picking up paint and materials for a patio concrete project. I was waited on by Joe Guerrero, who patiently explained both the preparation and product. After making my selection, Joe took the base paint to make my selected color.



Unfortunately, that store was out of the color needed, so Joe began explaining my options. He indicated that he expected to have it in his store by Friday. He had already called another store and indicated that I had the option of picking up the product at that location if I needed it today. Unfortunately, my schedule did not permit that prior to the time that my contractor was scheduled to arrive.



Joe then simply announced that he’d have the product at his location by 6pm Thursday. When I asked him how he was going to do that, he indicated that he was going to go pick it up from the other store. When I questioned whether it was appropriate for him to do so for such a small purchase, he said “well, it’s my job to take care of my customers needs – it’s not a problem”.



THAT is customer service that simply should not go unnoticed! Please accept this as my thanks to Joe for a job well done. His actions today have created what will be a repeat customer.
