Provided by YP.comI rented a storage unit, was told that insurance was required and would be included in the rent, it is with a company XERCOR, rented for over a year and was moving to another state, went with a truck to get my stuff and found rats had ruined a lot of my stuff, took Why Rats, does the storage locker not say they control this, look elsewhere for your storage need and save yourself problems The insurance company is giving me the run around and I doubt I will ever get my due, stop selling this bogus insurance and get the rats under control.
