What a busy store! I hate the guy below had a bad deal. I have been to Powerhouse for years and they are awesome. The took care of the "JUNK" i had bought else where and over time converted me to their brands and I will never look back. I SAVE money and use a better product every week. Thanks for all you do Raymond!

I took an ATV powered by a Briggs engine to powerhouse to have the engine replaced under warranty after it threw a rod. Powerhouse kept the machine for 2 1/2 months before informing me it was ready. The engine crankcase was overfilled by 1/2 quart. The muffler gaskets were installed backwards, resulting in a terrible exhaust leak, and they had used silicone gasket sealer on the exhaust gaskets. Any half competent mechanic would have known better than that. The winch wasn't reconnected. One bolt was stripped out on the muffler heat shield. The bolt hole for the starter relay was stripped out, and the starter relay was zip tied to the frame of the vehicle. A huge chunk of wood was missing from the outboard motor mount where they either backed the machine into something, or ran another piece of equipment into the ATV. This was a brand new ATV, so these problems shouldn't have occurred. Granted, the engine shouldn't have blown in 20.7 hours either, but I expected better from a certified Briggs&Stratton dealer!!
