We needed help with getting a salvage title transferred to a reconstructed title. Jim was very knowledgeable and helped us to do this quickly and we were extremely pleased with his service. He is professional, helpful and very nice. We would recommend him and will definitely use his service again.

Very unprofessional, had a problem getting our title( a mistake THEY made on our address, all our paperwork was correct, he entered address incorrectly, we noticed as we were on our way home, called to see if we had to come back, we were clearly told No he would fix it, big mistake. Date of sale 4/1 it is now July and no title. 2 calls have been made 1st one we were told to wait a bit longer, reassured us they put the correct address. This last call was ridiculous, supervisor was extremely unprofessional, we asked what address was it sent to he gave us the wrong address, says we have to ask for a duplicate so we have to pay for a mistake they did, when your wrong your wrong. if your policy is to have someone come back and sign something to change anything that was done incorrectly, then YOU need to make that clear to YOUR employees to follow procrdure. Your way of to dealing with people is so sad. Good luck your going to need it. Remember you own a business, be professional!
