We recently had a 3-season room addition put on our home by Joshua Pedergraft and his team at United Exteriors. We were not only beyond pleased with the end result having already used the new room countless times, but we were pleased with the whole process too. From day one, United Exteriors were on time, worked extremely diligently and effectively, and had everything done when promised. Very rare! They had a very clean worksite at all times- as with four small kids I was worried about construction debris and safety- and have never seen it so safe and clean. We have had extensive work done and additions previously on all the homes we have owned and we have never had this level of overall satisfaction with any of them. From start to finish, the whole process was a pleasure and working with Josh has been wonderful. He was always available, answered any questions I had at any time, responded immediately to us, and helped us design the room of our dreams with his knowledge and expertise. He took our ideas and input and incorporated everything we wanted into our new space. He and his team were always very friendly and courteous. We would highly recommend Josh and United Exteriors, LLC.

We leased some equipment to Josh Smith for one of his large jobs and he has never returned the equipment of paid his outstanding invoices. I would be weary doing business with someone that does not honor his agreements or return equipment that does not belong to him. Select someone else.
