As the bride I can say I was very disappointed. My wedding coordinator Erica Vazquez was rude throughout every point of the process. Not only was she unhelpful she battled me when it came to having a soy free menu which I requested since I am highly allergic to soy. We were promised a champagne march which we did not receive, food items we requested were not offered, and I as the bride had to send back my dinner order 3 times due to the fatty, undercooked, and dry meats in which I was served. I was also made to feel guilty because of my soy allergy. Both the bridal and grooms suite were being shown as both parties were getting dressed. Every detail was being fought over, and the Villa failed on multiple accounts. The only good thing about the Villa Borghese was its appearance, yet there were wine glasses cigarette buts and debris around the entire facility. Don't use the VIlla Borghese unless you spend the deluxe amount because they will ignore you otherwise. The Villa Borghese needs to clean up its act.

We recently had our Xmas party at this venue. My supervisor went out of her way to make sure the chef could accommodate my gluten free dietary needs. They assured her that gluten free would not be an issue. To say the least the party started @ 7 p.m. By 9:30 p.m. they still hadn't even given us our Cesar salad's. Unfortunately they couldn't give me my salad because they could not guarantee that the dressing was gluten free. Then the chef offered to give me vinaigrette dressing instead and followed up by saying that dressing was mixed with something else and she could not guarantee that it was gluten free either!!! By this time I was starving and not willing to trust that they could make sure my entre was gluten free, so I opted to leave. I would never recommend this place for any special occasion!!!!
